Super easy bread in a food bag – Children can make it too

Preparation

Put the first cup of flour, sugar, yeast inside the food bag, and shake well. Add the water and close the zipper, after removing the air from the bag. Press the bag with your fingers to mix the ingredients. Allow the mixture to rest for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add the second cup of flour, oil, and salt. Remove the air, close the zipper and knead the bag until the flour is mixed.

After that, open the bag again and add the third cup of flour. Remove the air, close, and knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes. Pour some flour over the counter and remove the dough from the bag. Press it with your hands until it forms one piece.

Put the dough in an oiled loaf tin, cover with a towel and let it rest for 30 minutes. Before baking, sprinkle with a little water and some sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 190-200C for 25 minutes.

Useful tips…

Make sure to take the air out of the bag before closing the zipper as it may pop when you press it. Your kitchen will become a mess, especially if the mixture is in liquid form!

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • Sesame seeds, optional
