Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Strain and set aside.

In a bowl, mix the flour with one of the two cups of milk.

Melt the butter in a pot.

Add the mixture you prepared with the milk and flour and bring to a boil stirring constantly.

When it starts to thicken add the remaining milk and continue to boil for 1-2 more minutes, without stopping stirring.

Season with salt and pepper, stir and as soon as it starts to boil, remove it from heat.

Place the farfalle in a baking tin and sprinkle with the feta cheese.

Pour over the sauce.

Stir until the sauce and feta are all over.

Sprinkle with the yellow cheese and bake at 200C.

When golden brown, remove from the oven and serve immediately.
