Lasagne Εxpress


  • 250 gr lasagne
  • 500 gr ground beef
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup kefalotyri cheese
  • Salt and pepper


In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion and garlic over medium-high heat stirring occasionally until browned.

Add the lasagna pieces on top.

Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt and pepper.

Add 2 cups of hot water over the skillet and stir gently to combine. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes over medium-low heat.

Remove from heat and top with cheese. Cover with the lid and wait for a couple of minutes until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper. Stir gently to combine.
