- 3 potatoes
- 3 onions
- 18 500 gr mushrooms
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 cup white wine
- Salt and pepper
Cut the mushrooms into slices.
Heat a skillet, add olive oil and sauté mushrooms.
Cut onions into slices and add them to the skillet. Sauté until soft. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the wine and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Add the potatoes and stir for 3-4 minutes more.
Pour over a cup of water or broth if you prefer and transfer to a baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C until potatoes are golden brown and crisp.
