Omelet tortilla wraps

The concept is easy and the result is fantastic! A combination of a classic omelet with a tortilla, cooked right in the skillet with a quick and easy way. For a delicious breakfast, for a quick to prepare lunch, for a party with your friends. Make your own choice of ingredients to create new flavours, the combinations are endless!

Ingredients

Adjust the quantity of each ingredient to your preferences

Preparation

Heat a skillet with the same size as the tortilla. Add the oil to cover the bottom of the skillet and heat up. Slice the mushrooms and sauté until brown. Dice the bacon and sauté with the mushrooms.

Beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper and pour the mixture into the pan.

Add any cheese you like.

Place the tortilla on top and press it down to stick to the eggs. Wait until the omelet is cooked.

When the omelet is easy to lift from the pan, quickly flip it over and cook the tortilla side until brown and crisp.

Transfer the tortilla to a plate and roll. Cut the wrap in half and serve.
